Free School Meals Survey for Parents & Caregivers
Over the last two years, more New York schools than ever are offering universal free school meals. However, hundreds of schools are still unable to provide free school meals to all of their students.
Help us learn about the impact on New York students and families. This survey is for parents and caregivers of students attending school in New York, including schools that offer free school meals for all AND those that do not. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

How will responses be used?
Responses are confidential and will help inform decision-makers as they plan for the future of school meal programs in New York. Survey results may be used in reports, presentations, or publications, but your name and school will never be used.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and you are free to withdraw from the survey at any time.
