What should I wear to the conference?

Business casual attire is recommended during the conference. Session rooms are often cool and attendees are advised to dress in layers. 

The conference begins at 9:15 a.m., but when should I arrive to register?

Conference registration begins at 8:30 a.m.. 

Can I register on the day of the conference?

What is the cancellation policy?

Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than May 3, 2017. All cancellations are subject to a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after May 3, 2017; however, substitutions without penalty are welcome. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Partial refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for situations involving documented travel or medical emergencies that occur between May 3, 2017 and the conference date.
